How to get rid of the error message “Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in…” if the WP Limit Login Attempts plugin is not installed

If you encounter this problem on your WordPress site that does not have the WP Limit Login Attempts plugin installed, try thinking of another plugin on your site that may offer that feature (probably a membership plugin).
When I encountered this situation, I remembered that I was logging into the site front end though Youzer.
I accessed the site through another admin account and disabled “Enable Limit Login” in:
