I liked this movie. When I first started watching, however, I thought it was going to be a cheap B movie, and I almost stopped watching. I kept watching because it at least kept me interested enough to want to see what was going to happen. It is one of those movies that you have to be patient with at the beginning and give it some time.
Before watching Coherence, I knew nothing about the movie, except for the description. As it turns out, I think that is a good way to experience it, so I won’t give anything away here. What I will say is that it is a good example of how a science fiction, or other movie, doesn’t need elaborate special effects to draw you in and keep your attention.
